Scenewave is a Brisbane and Sydney blog sharing the best new music (and our thoughts on it) from Australia and around the world. We share a deep passion for great music (and the office) and we wanna share it music with you!
Scenewave launched in October 2009 after an amazing Parklife festival. In only two days, a brief conversation between Scott and Marco became a reality, and the site was live.
Scenewave originally began as a platform for sharing new music with friends, but the site quickly outgrew us, extending further into Facebook, Twitter and a nation of music lovers. We seized the chance to get involved with the thriving Brisbane (and now, Sydney) music industry and have embraced every moment since then.
Fast forward to 2014, we’re growing every week! We’re a wild assortment of travellers, students and writers stretching across the world in search of musical bliss. From London to Sydney and everywhere in between, our never-ending addiction to music fuels Scenewave.
As the torch passes through the years from Marco to Giffo to Timmy, Scenewave continues to flourish and grow.
