New single from Lanie Lane!

Lanie Lane is back! After her amazing 2011 debut album, To The Horses, she has just released a new tune, Celeste.

Dreamy and gentle, paired with rolling guitar, Celeste is the first taste of her forthcoming sophomore record, Night Shade which will be released in late October.

“Celeste is ‘the one who knows’, the best self – always guiding from the unseen, in tune with the magic of everyday existence, unbound by limitations or self-doubt”, says Lanie of her beautiful new song, which has an equally beautiful video clip. Filmed mostly in the Peruvian Andes, Lanie and her friends took some time out from their trip to capture the stunning scenery. It also features stop motion nature sculptures made in the Victorian Goldfields by Lanie and her friend Jennifer King, as well as another friend, Christina Fire-Mane. She says on her friends, “Over the last few years, these women have encouraged me to discover through expression, a connection to my Celeste through an unwavering dedication to their own”.
